Rising oil prices: speculation or logical
Rising oil prices and gasoline had, for many economists, objective reasons: reduction of fossil resources planned and gradual increase of the energy consumption of new consumers that are Chinese and Indians. But if a barrel to 50 dollars or 60 parrait logic, the present level of $ 114 is unreasonable. Consumption is stagnating. Resources increase, with the discovery of deposits in Brazil.
Would it not be the hand of speculators and producing countries (Iran, Russia, Venezuela) who would benefit from this growth continues and unreasonable?
